Godown forklift operator — Central Bedfordshire

Join our team: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Central Bedfordshire, England. You will work in a cold storage facility. The role involves load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience • Accurate, careful stock handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. £2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
