Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe fitter in North Slope Borough, Alaska. You will be based on residential construction sites. The role involves: • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • Willing to attend emergency call-outs $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
