Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Atascosa County, Texas. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
