Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Ugwunagbo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ugwunagbo, Abia State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 1+ years on the tools preferred.
