Fabricator-welder wanted in Lewis County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lewis County, Tennessee. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
