Restaurant steward wanted in Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Washington County, Virginia. The job is at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
