Urgent requirement: plant operator (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in San Miguel County, Colorado. The role involves read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
