Gas pipeline fitter • Keith County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Keith County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints Requirements: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
