Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Kidder County, North Dakota. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
