Canteen cook — Putnam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Putnam County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
