Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Big Horn County, Wyoming. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
