Great opportunity: roofing foreman (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy roofing firm. Day to day you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
