CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Jackson County, Arkansas. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
