Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrician in Jackson County, North Carolina. You will be based in an industrial control panel workshop. The role involves: • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter Ideal candidate: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter Full-time with occasional weekends.
