Steel fixer — Newaygo County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Newaygo County, Michigan. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Your main tasks: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
