Final inspection operator • Skagway Municipality, Alaska

Join our team: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift.
