Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Clinton County, Michigan. The job is at a busy tyre bay. The role involves handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench. Requirements: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
