You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Day to day you will insulate and ventilate the roof void; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits.
