Heavy equipment operator • Onslow County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Onslow County, North Carolina. The job is at a stone quarry. The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
