Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tulare County, California. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience.
