Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Gwadabawa, Sokoto State. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Six days a week, one day off. ₦4,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
