Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
