Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cullman County, Alabama. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
