Aluminium tig welder — Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Lee County, Mississippi. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
