We are recruiting: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Gunnison County, Colorado. Day to day you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
