Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Watauga County, North Carolina. You will work in a café. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
