Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ionia County, Michigan. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
