QC inspector • Cook County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Cook County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 4+ years on the tools preferred.
