We are recruiting: shuttering carpenter (Nebraska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Stanton County, Nebraska. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred.
