Civil works labourer wanted in Van Zandt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Van Zandt County, Texas. The job is with a civil contractor. On a typical shift you will break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
