Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Napa County, California. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
