On the job you will handle: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
