Gas pipeline fitter — Emmet County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Emmet County, Michigan. You will work at a busy gas installation company. Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing The role involves carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation.
