Hand presser • Washington County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Washington County, Mississippi. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Day-to-day duties: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Give each garment a final press before packing Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $160 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
