Great opportunity: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Jefferson County, Kansas. The role involves: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
