Urgent requirement: oven operator (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Jefferson County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
