We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Martin County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
