Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Sussex County, New Jersey. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On a typical shift you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
