Bulldozer operator wanted in City of Newport News

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in City of Newport News, Virginia. You will work in an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
