Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
