Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Henderson County, Kentucky. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. On a typical shift you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
