Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Gadsden County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
