Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. You will record output and downtime on the production sheet; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
