Civil works labourer • Bandera County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Bandera County, Texas. You will work on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio On the job you will handle: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
