Production line operative — Stanton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Stanton County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 6+ years on the tools preferred.
