Argon arc welder — Garland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Garland County, Arkansas. You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols The role involves: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
