Now hiring: we are hiring a room attendant in City of Suffolk, Virginia. Day to day you will replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Clear police verification / background check • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system Full-time with occasional weekends.
