Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lincoln County, Washington. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Six days a week, one day off.
