Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Dickinson County, Iowa. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
