We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter in Jones County, Iowa. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day The role involves: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
